About Bray Park Family Doctors
Bray Park Family Doctors is a fully AGPAL accredited general practice in the Kensington Village Shopping Centre, caring for families across Bray Park, Strathpine, Lawnton, Petrie, Warner and the wider northern suburbs of Brisbane. We are a mixed billing practice with both male and female GPs, and we are welcoming new patients.
Our doctors
Dr Gavin Williams (FRACGP, MBBS, BSc) graduated from ANU Medical School and completed his postgraduate training in North Queensland. He has worked extensively in rural and remote Queensland and New South Wales in both emergency medicine and general practice, and has a special interest in skin cancer medicine, having completed University of Queensland affiliated courses in Primary and Advanced Skin Cancer Surgery and Skin Cancer Medicine.
Dr Yasser Gouda (FRACGP, MBBS) brings more than 13 years of overseas general practice experience and has practised in Australia since 2004. He obtained his FRACGP in 2007 and was appointed a RACGP Examiner in 2011. Dr Gouda speaks Arabic, and bulk bills all patients under 16 and all concession and DVA card holders every day.
Dr Alex Williams graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Doctor of Medicine in 2019 and completed his junior doctor years in Perth, serving three years as a Medical Officer in the Australian Army Reserve. He enjoys all aspects of general practice including chronic disease management, weight management, musculoskeletal medicine and men’s health.
Dr Laura Clayton is a GP Registrar who joined the practice in January 2026. She graduated from the Australian National University in 2020 and has worked in both the Northern Territory and Queensland, with a special interest in paediatrics and women’s health.
What we offer
Our doctors and nursing team cover all aspects of general practice: family medicine, children’s health, women’s health, men’s health, skin cancer checks and skin cancer medicine, travel medicine and vaccinations, workers compensation and WorkCover, occupational medicine, screening tests, pathology and telehealth consultations.
How we work
We aim to keep patient waiting times under 10 minutes. The practice is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, subject to doctor availability, and is closed on weekends and public holidays. For after hours care, contact the Hello Home Doctor Service on 134 100.
Bray Park Family Doctors is also a GP registrar training practice. Dr Gavin Williams supervises registrars from GPT1 through to extended skills, helping the next generation of general practitioners work towards fellowship.
