Dr Alex Williams

Dr Alex graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2019 with a Doctor of Medicine (MD). He completed his junior doctor years working in Perth. During that time, he joined the Australian Army Reserve as a Medical Officer and proudly served for 3 years.

At the start of 2024, Dr Alex moved to Brisbane for specialty training. He obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in May 2026. Dr Alex has an interest in skin cancer and will commence a Master of Skin Cancer Medicine at the University of Queensland in July 2026. Otherwise, he enjoys all aspects of general practice including chronic disease management, weight management, musculoskeletal medicine, and men’s health.

Outside of medicine, Dr Alex is a triathlon superfan with a passion for middle- and long-distance racing but will still regularly toe the start line in the Queensland Triathlon Series. He is also a diehard Iron Maiden fan.

Dr Williams operates his own medical services business at Bray Park Family Doctors.
